Tioga County Flood Recovery Assistance

If you suffered damage to your home or residence because of Tropical Storm Debby, and you are a resident of Tioga County, PA, you may be eligible for a grant or other assistance to help cover some of the costs of your expenses.

You may also be eligible for assistance from disaster recovery volunteer groups who are returning to assist with additional repairs.

We will also work to identify additional potential resources that may become available to assist you with your flood recovery efforts.

Please Note: If you filled out an application for flood recovery assistance with Develop Tioga before you do not need to complete a Tioga County Flood Recovery Grant application. We will continue to follow-up with you for additional information.

How to Apply

Please Note: Funding for the grants is based on available funds through the Tioga County Flood Relief Account donations. If you are approved for a grant, funds will be paid directly to an approved vendor or contractor.
