Tioga County Flood Recovery Grants

If you suffered the loss of your hot water heater or other home damage because of Tropical Storm Debby, and you are a resident of Tioga County, PA, you may be eligible for a grant to cover the costs of a new hot water heater. We will also work to identify additional potential resources that may become available to assist you with your flood recovery efforts. Please complete the information below to be considered for a grant.

Please Note: If you filled out a Hot Water Heater Grant Application you do not need to complete a Tioga County Flood Recovery Grant application. We will follow-up with you for additional information.

Please Note: Funding for these grants is based on available funds through the Tioga County Flood Relief Account donations. If you are approved for a grant, funds will be paid directly to an approved vendor or contractor providing the hot water heater.
